Linda Diefendorff, founder and President of Brio Performance Solutions LLC, has extensive experience in organizational development, human resources, process improvement and communications.  Prior to founding Brio Performance Solutions, Linda worked as an internal Organizational Development consultant for Western Union where she focused on change management and talent management. 

Linda’s earlier career included over 10 years of Organizational Development and general management consulting, including positions with Accenture and SSA Consultants.  Linda’s experience comes from multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, retail, telecommunications, local and state government and non-profit.

Linda is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.  Linda holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
